Some guy that looked like Tobias Fünke was super rude to us. He asked for a receipt when our food was ready and we did show him no problem but then he said" I need to grab it in my hand" even though he could clearly see our receipt number and order and he rudely grabbed it from my hand. We didn't even see him ask the lady infront of us for a receipt nor did he say a word to her. This experience was just a little unfair and rude.

We like all the food at the court with one huge exception. That being their chicken sandwich..made with sliced, oven-roasted chicken breast, a slice of cheddar cheese, bacon jam, tomato, lettuce, and the chain's signature mayo-and-mustard spread. It costs $6.99 and is served on ciabatta bread. ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY. The bread was hard and cold with a few slices of chicken mush slices. As for the bacon jam..YUCK!!! I don't see this being on the menu...

It’s impossible to place a phone order to order pizza ahead. Then they have the audacity to ask if you placed the order by phone when you go stand in line to buy one. I sure wish I could but they don’t answer the phone.

It feels way understaffed for the amount of customers they actually have. I always dread going to the food court here and wish...
