Two of us ordered the chicken soup recently. It was very salty. We did not add salt. My friend told the wait person that it was inedible and she took the bowls away. My friend’s son had a burger which he said was very good. When we got ready to leave we were handed the check with the $7.50 a bowl soup still on it. I tried to find someone to dispute the bill but they hid from me. It gets better. Below you can see what was written on the back of the ticket. I have really never been treated so rudely in a restaurant before. The soup was just too salty to be healthy for us not a personal affront to anyone. The management is lying about our adding salt. We are close to 80 years old and do not add salt to anything. The idea that they had cameras on us is preposterous. It is not such a swanky place that they would have cameras on us in their back room. I am appalled that they would stoop to calling us liars but more to the point the customer is always right. Giving us our money back would have been a goodwill gesture and perhaps we might have gone back there instead of telling every one I know not to go to a place that would not honor our accessment...
Read moreI've actually been here acouple of times and have been very dissatisfied. The first time which was a year ago, the menu was very small and they were out of alot of food. So both my boyfriend and I pretty much had to order a burger. We literally waited an hour for our burger and I took one bite out of it and the whole inside was raw. We ended up just paying for our drinks and leaving. The other time was just within the last week. We waited for a menu because there was not one on the table for about 10 minutes. Then we waiting for our drinks for atleast 15 minutes. And when I got my drink the cup had an over powering smell of soap to it. There was hardly anything on the menu, and you had to pay $10 for a burger and it didn't even come with fries. I had to pay an extra $3 for tator tots and when they came out I only had gotten about 7. We are definitely taking our business...

Sent it back told them didn't want anything else. One of the owner's came over with the steak on it, and said there was nothing wrong with the plate its been like that for 20 years. The owner was very snotty. Very unprofessional. She wouldn't take the stake off the billI told her it's not Healthy or sanitary to eat off a cracked plate. My husband went out side to wait for us. The owner came to collect the money, said she didn't want us to walk out with out paying the bill. I have never not paid a bill. Make sure you check your dishes when you order food there. Eating off cracked dishes or with dirty silverware you can get hepatitis. They serve food on a cracked plate, just think of what...
