I had been trying to find Puppy Chow for over a week at various locations. I finally sent 95 a message asking when they thought it would be back in stock either at the Transit Road location or the Hopkins Road location. I received almost an instant reply from someone and was told exactly what time it would be at Transit and exactly what time it would be at Hopkins, which allowed me to decide whether I would go out of my lunch hour or on my way home from work to pick some up.

I ended up going to the Hopkins Road location and mentioned to the person there that I had emailed and he said oh! That was me! I really appreciate the fact that he took the time to respond in the time to introduce himself when I was at the store.

I have been curious about 95 nutrition for a while now, and finally took the plunge into the Delaware location on Friday morning. Overwhelmed with the amount of options for my week, I think I scooped one of every dish to try. Approaching the counter, I expected just to pay for my selection and leave - but upon learning that it was my first time, the girls working the register blew me away. Not only were they, welcoming and friendly - but so knowledgeable about the product. They took the time to explain to me the process, the meals and what 95 is all about. I’ve tried to love it. I’ve been to a few different locations but mostly this one. I usually go on fit Friday but the amount of times I haven’t gotten the discount is ridiculous. The most recent time was a few weeks ago and I didn’t realize it until I got home- I wasn’t able to get back there that day so I guess I’m just out the money. Every time I’ve tried to use points I was told I couldn’t use them on Fridays. I only go on Fridays as there isn’t a location convenient to my house to quickly stop at.
