I will give them credit because it was busy however it was awful service from start to finish. The woman taking my order was consistently talking over me while I was trying to place a $32 order so I immediately had a feeling that it wasnāt going to go well and I was right. After I ordered, she gave me my total and then said hang up so I stayed at the speaker and after 2 to 3 minutes I said should I pull forward today and the response I got was āuh yeahā as if it was obvious after I was told to hang onā¦.The elderly woman at the window, as soon as she handed me the first coffee (that had 1/8 of the normal amount of cold foam that I pay extra for on it) I said oh this was supposed to have cinnamon and sugar on top of the cold foam. She sighed, shook her head as I handed it back to her, handed it to another worker who with no gloves took the top off, set it on the counter next to what looked like a cleaning rag and put the tiniest sprinkle of cinnamon and sugar on top halfway put the lid on and handed it back to the elderly woman. I said nothing. Then I had to tell her that there was supposed to be 2 glazed donuts and they only gave me 1. She sighs again takes the bag from me throws another donut in the bag and hands it back. Upon getting home I realized I also didnāt get the avocado spread I paid extra for so I had to go back. Once at home again I realize we were missing an order of hash browns also lol. Not worth driving back but that was terrible. No apologies, no friendliness. Being busy can excuse filling the order mistakes (multiple) but not Bad customer service. In all fairness, DD used to be smack dab in the middle of any daily routine I had that involved leaving my house. Now, after moving, it is out of my, unless I specifically have to go to that town for a reason. Dunkin Donuts Iced coffee's have always been a classic favorite of mine...and I got stuck on the same exact order, daily for quite some time; a medium iced coconut coffee, six cream, six sugar. I was surprised at the "new" selection offered when I pulled up to the menu in the drive thru. I should have known better, but going through the drive thru seemed very rushed and, for me, a little chaotic due to not being prepared when it was my turn to order. There was a few good deals advertised if using their app, which I did not have on my phone before hand. I asked if I could have a minute or two but was surprisingly answered with a snotty tone from the man working the drive thru. Feeling flustered, I ended up settling on my same 'ol iced coffee and pulled away disappointed. So I let that alone be a lesson for future visits; walk in, order ahead of time maybe so I have that extra time to browse their new menu. I would love to say I am able to find a new favorite from DD. The person at the window gives me a total, I told her I placed the order on the app, She insisted on the total, I than spelled it out for her. She came back with 10% of my order closed the window. I was waiting for the rest of my order when she opened the window and snarkly ask "what do you want" I responded the rest of my order . She told me that's all I ordered I said no and told her what I was missing she insisted again that's all I ordered. I pulled my app out and ask how I get to order history to which she responded not my problem. I found the receipt in the app and held the phone for her to read. She responded "well I can't take your phone" I told her I know but she can read it. She read it said you are missing just the food I do not see the other drink I look said my mistake but I am indeed missing the food and would like to order the drink. She gave me the food and told me to pull up. I pulled up and discovered I was still missing items. At this point I am fed up so I brought what I received in and requested a refund.
