Brooklyn Fish Chicken & Soul Food — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I worked at a Soul Food restaurant before, so I am familiar with how to prepare TURKEY WINGS. However, when I ordered from this restaurant, I never expected to receive, RUBBERY, TOUGH WINGS!! As paying customers it is very frustrating. I am beyond livid!! Then when I call to speak with a manager, the young lady on the other end has no "customer service template" that would assist with how to deal with these types of situations. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND anyone to eat the TURKEY WINGS, VOID OF FLAVOR AS WELL. The ONLY reason I am giving ONE STAR, is because the string beans were delicious. Probably the best authentic soul food in Suffolk county! All take-out so, its good to call it in if you're in a hurry. We ordered Mac and cheese, collard greens, fried chicken and wings.
