Tio’s Shop Chicken — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

Food: 1:5 - Multiple Problems. Oily. Asked for sour cream on side but they mixed it in. Food serving trays in front empty. Afterwards there were digestion issues.

Service: 2/5 pretty basic. The guy was on his phone. No followup. Uninspired totally.

Ambiance:2/5. Too warm. Probably close to 80deg in November. Basic setup. Constant hum of drink refrigerator. Big mixers in dining area.

Parking:4/5 not bad. Traffic Light to get out.

Cleanliness: 3/5 - not dirty but not spotless. This place is new so it really should be clean. Didn't visit restroom.

Value:2/5. $27 for two people with no drinks. Nothing stands out

Would’ve been nice to actually order .. stepped inside after my haircut in the same shopping center, stood at the register for over 7 minutes .. a few people kept walking by, never stopped to ask if I was being helped or even acknowledged me.

Tried Tio's chicken about a month ago and have been back 3 times already. I usually order the half chicken with 2 sides and have enough for a small lunch the next day. The chicken is so juicy and tender. The green sauce is AMAZING, maduros are great, and the yuca fries are the best I've had....
