I'm giving everything a 1 star at this moment since I was unable to get food .. the cashier on duty today(5/28/23) @0430 decided to take another Wendy's employee order (no big deal) and they proceeded to have a conversation for almost 8 minutes, ignoring the fact that I was standing right there behind the employee waiting to place an order .. So I stated outloud so they could here me, I guess I'll let you 2 talk instead of taking orders and I walked away while they looked at me then continued their conversation .. the best part is, I went into the concurrence store side and grabbed one of their breakfast sandwiches and when I was checking out there, I says something to the cashier and he stated that the other female behind the Wendy's cashier was the manager on duty and she left her stand there having a conversation with the other Wendy's employee that ordered food about living in a trailer while I literally stood there for 8 minutes waiting to place an order being ignored .. I will definitely not be stopping in this shift (which I find through frequently every week) to get food .. I will go over to the pilot for now on .. Very poor service and even worse management skills on this shift...
Read moreThe drive thru workers rush me and my fiance every time we come here. There is a specific girl who works on over nights. She does not let us say what we want before cutting us off and saying 'is that all" and if we say we need a few minutes she gives us only 30 seconds before saying "do you know what you want yet?"
Last night we came and the same girl that always work and rushes us for some reason she couldn't hear my fiance and he was literally screaming at the speaker for her to hear and she would just say "what?"^ We asked for a coke and she put sprite and then said is that it? We didn't even get done ordering I understand she wants to get the order in but she does this all the time.
Also I don't understand why she needs to rush us when there's no one in line behind us. We come often too and there's nights where it's dead and she just rushes us and it is so rude. Read moreWendy's in general is my favorite of the burger chains, by far. This location is new and has a way to go to reach the chain's usual standards. This morning my wife and I had our breakfast orders messed up three ways. First, our coffees were swapped: she ordered hers with Splenda and I ordered mine black so I can add my own cream; the lady at the window said she was handing me the black first, so I added my cream to that one, but that was actually the cup with the Splenda, so now both coffees were wrong. Second was about that cream. Since I use only a small fraction of one creamer I always ask for it on the side, and none was given. When she handed me the first coffee she said she'd get the creamer, but never did, and it was not in the food bag either. Third, my wife's bacon swiss croissant had American cheese.
Update, 5/18/2021: Today was much better. They were out of creamers, but otherwise got everything right. I expect they'll improve with time. They need better training and...
