Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Bedford

I drove in off the freeway because my 9 year old needed and urgent bathroom. I explained it was an emergency and was rudely told the restroom was for employees only. I tried to explain I was a customer in an emergency but the attendant just hit a glass panel with a sign saying no public bathrooms. What kind of gas station/store serving Dunken Donuts doesn't have a restroom for the public (especially when it's an urgent emergency). This was despicable and extremely rude. I never leave bad reviews but when you treat children like this you deserve the bad...

The worst Dunkin ever!!!! I asked for a cup of water the lady so called the manager was so rude she was like I can’t do that for you but you see that I’m dying of thrist you giving someone with a disability a hard time. I can’t understand why people have so much hate nowadays and everything is about money. People should treat people with disabilities nice and respectfully especially over a cup of water when it’s warm outside. So sad...

I LOVE this location!!! It's in such a great spot. (It's adorable okay) It's right off the parkway, and it's just PERFECT. The gas station store is also a great pit stop and it's fully loaded with great snacks and drinks. The dunkin has a very nice group of workers and I've loved visiting everytime. They always get the orders right as well! I look forward to visiting again soon!
