Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Beekman

The 2 male workers this morning were the most unfriendly and unwelcoming staff I have seen. Both looked so miserable and disheveled, mind you their shift literally just started. Worst part was, I was in the drive thru, two donuts were incorrect from my order therefore I had to go back inside to say something. advised the staff of the mishap, asked if the reason was because the donuts were out of stock. the worker simply said “no”, turned around, grabbed the correct donuts, and switched them out of my box…. Why were they wrong in the first place??? To waste my time? Carelessness I’m assuming. Not sure if they were reselling said switched out donuts but that’s definitely a safety hazard. No apology and literally no other words came out of his mouth. not trying to be nit picky but that situation could’ve been handled a lot better for guest retention … there’s a million other Dunkin’s in the area, drive the extra 2 miles and go...

I went to this DD for an iced coffee and was disappointed with the coffee I had received - it was all cream and ice, barely any coffee. I drove back through the drive thru to ask for a replacement when I was greeted by an employee named Nick (maybe 16 years of age). He questioned my order, asking who had made me the coffee - as if I'm supposed to know. Then proceeded to tell me he didn't trust me when I told him I was unsure. Nick refused to replace my coffee and actually tried to withhold it after his "examination". Regardless to say, this is the last time I will ever stop at this branch and I hope his manager, Anna, reads this. They have butchered numerous orders in the pastbut have never felt...

I actually drive 10 minutes farther away just to not go to this Dunkin. I wish I could give it 0 stars. Some employees have decent customer service where as others don’t. The largest problem is that they make rash decisions for you without asking like asking for caramel iced coffee and giving you coconut caramel because they ran out and decided they should make the choice for you... or when you ask for an iced coffee and they give you a coffee without ice because they ran out ... Unacceptable. We need to get this place removed from town and actually get a business that doesn’t disappoint the public. If I could give a 0 I’d give it. Unsatisfactory to...
