I’ve tried giving this place multiple chances but it just gets worse each time. They used to be great but now they are the worst I’ve ever seen. First time, 2 hours for delivery. Second time, over an hour for delivery. Today? I ordered, as their pizza is good, and after an extremely traumatic family event and due to that I have not eaten in two days- but the thought of pizza was the only thing I could stomach. I called at 830, they took my info and order and credit card info, and the order literally just never came. It’s 11:06pm- and they just did not even attempt to send my order. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. If you didn’t want to take an order, then don’t. I waited so long that everywhere else closed and I was unable to order takeout which was mentally needed after the last few days I’ve had. This is a very nice pizza place, I live down the road and can walk there. The people working there are nice, respectful and are willing to help out their customers. (I was even offered a ride home by the delivery driver when it was raining the other day) The food is delicious and made right, and I get pizza here a lot. Not only are they a pizza place, but they're your typical gas station store where you can get chips, soda, beer and ice cream. They also have a deli.
The only complaint I have is the prices, a large plain pie costs $30.00 and the chips are $2.70 for a small bag and ~$5.30 for a large.

EASILY THE BEST RESTURANT IN THE HUDSON VALLEY!!!! I've been coming to tommys for 15 years and staff and food are excellent, Mike the pizza man has been slinging pies for years and is an absloute professional and quite the artist when it comes to Italian food. His family style calzone is 🔥 Walter is an excellent chef and runs his kitchen passionately. Marie is full of smiles and always ready make you a cheeseburger and onion rings!!
