Every single time I add a special note on the app I don't get what I ask for. One time, the other sub in the order asked for 2 different mustards & they added that yo mine as well. The subs were so soggy they fell apart. Yesterday I picked up 2 subs, both soggy, and my order was a Stickball. On the app, you can't build your own sub, you have to customize an existing sub on the menu. Well, I HATE ham but wanted a salami & pepperoni sub. So I asked for no ham & put on pepperoni instead. When the guy brought out my curbside order he was overly friendly, almost laughing. I knew something was up. Before I even opened the sub I said "I bet this sub is wrong because the guy was laughing at me". It was not only wrong but somehow it seemed to be drenched in some kind of liquid. A boycott is now in full effect for Jersey Mike's. Right across the street is Romos...and they have amazing subs and much better ingredients. update I really wanted jersey Mike's and since it's the only one nearby I broke down and ordered from the app. When I got there no one was there and no one was behind the counter. Read moreToday was my first visit to Jersey Mike’s. The sub I ordered was fresh and very good. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. However, a woman in front of me wore her mask down on her chin for the bulk of her time ordering and waiting for multiple subs. Nowhere near her mouth or nose, and not socially distanced from either some staff or customers. There were 8-9 other people in the store excluding staff. What surprised and disappointed me is that not one of the staff spoke up to ask her to put her mask on properly, even as one carried on a non-food discussion with her. I have underlying conditions that she could not have known about, and was concerned. It was clear to me that at least a couple of other customers were also uncomfortable with her behavior. Store mgt needs to be more assertive about ensuring masks are worn properly in the store except if eating. Read moreWent in to place an order around 4pm on a Sunday. It took over 20 minutes just for someone to take my order. Placed my order took another 10 minutes for my order to be made. The employees were working hard and polite about how long it was taking. They kept telling me they would be right with me. Don't understand why there was only two people working. It was very busy for these two employees to deal with. They were doing the best they could but that is way to long to be waiting for 3 subs. They also did not have the type of bread I wanted so I had to get some other type. Do not think I will be returning to this location anymore for subs. This was not the 1st time this has happened at this location. But I did not write about that time I thought I would give it another try. This is what happen this time so not going to try anymore.
