If I could give this place a 1 star I would have...but sadly Google won't allow this. I stopped in for a nice night out with my boyfriend, decided to go to Brunner's pizza...wow I wish I would have tried Bella's. We stopped In, it wasn't to busy at 5:09pm, there was no line yet they seemed very busy and preoccupied with other things. They didn't even acknowledge us standing in line, or the fact we hadn't placed a order. I believe the manager even saw us standing there and didn't seem to care. There were several other servers, and other workers who could have taken our order, yet we continued to wait. Finally the manager took our order, the whole time he was taking our order he kept looking at other people. He was very unattentive. He messed up our order once, and kept forgetting small things like pop.. finally he placed our order it was $40 . We grabbed our pops and sat down..should have just left..or asked for a refund. We continued to sit for what seemed like forever..finally we got sick of sitting around. My boyfriend, decided to go to the front and ask about where our order was. The excuse was that they had lost our order...which I find hard to believe when my sub the whole time was sitting in the heat window... We got our food..of course my boyfriends pizza was hot he was happy...I had a chicken sub which was cold, which was supposed to be hot!!! When I looked at the receipt to see what time we had gotten there at I was shocked!!! We had waited for a hour to get our food. An hour. When it wasn't busy at all. This is absolutely rediclious!!! Next time save your money go to Bella's .. or another pizza joint. We have gone here several times and haven't had too many problems...but this is stupid..and will never go again! No discount no refund...nothing. the owner should be ashamed of his staff and or at least come to the tables and apologize!! Very unhappy. Will NOT BE RETURNING.
The painting on the ceiling was outstanding, their drive-through business was unbelievable, ten or more vehicles in line the entire time I was there. Five or six people were waiting for their takeout orders the entire time we were there. One person was cashing out and taking orders inside. The holdup wasn't the counter person though, there were a bunch of people working in the kitchen and all seemed busy but still every customer was waiting to be served. It seemed like kitchen staff were working hard but inefficiently for a place as busy as they were. The food was good once it finally came. There was plenty of food but that said for a Pizza restaurant the service was very slow. We waited nearly 40 minutes for an antipasti salad and an order of wings. Once the food was delivered to the table we never seen our server again. The problem wasn't the quality or amount of food, obviously, people liked what they got or they wouldn't be so willing to wait so long for their order. The wait times bordered on ridiculous. I believe that what they needed was a good kitchen manager who was intuitive to the needs of the incoming order volume to speed the order fill process and move through the carryout and drive-through customers so they could spend more time with the done in patrons. Diners expect good food, sufficient quantity to give value, service that is friendly and accurate and timely, well two out of three makes the difference between me coming back or not. If they had better service and a faster response time, they would go from just average to positively great. Just my opinion I know, but I passed other restaurants that were just as busy to go to...
