Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

DO NOT GO HERE order your cream and cake elsewhere. This store I placed an order for a cake a week in advance for pick up at a certain time. I went to pick it up on my break from work and it was not ready they told me they would drop it off when it was. When I got the cake dropped off it looked nothing like the cake online that I ordered and they forgot the candles. The eyes on the Spider-Man cake were advertised as light up and the lights were broken. On top of that I called baskin Robbin’s customer service on Friday and the guy I spoke to said they will issue me a refund, I checked with customer service again today and they told me no refund was started. Never going back to this location again. A friend of mine told me of the recent experience he had at this location, where this Indian lady put fear in the employees informing them to start charging for toppings and limit the amount of servings of the ice cream special. The girl at the counter, I don't know why but she tried to charge him $14 when every Tuesday there's supposed to be a special $5.49 "buy one double scoop ice cream and get the other for free" I guess treating your customers right is now out the window...well time to find a...

Despicable service! I usually go to this location mainly on Tuesdays for the buy one get one free double scoop ice cream special. My most recent visit was an awful display of "customer service" as there a lady obstructing the employees to restrict the amount of toppings I can have. First things first it does not state a limit or choice of toppings you can have, I typically ask for 2 wet/2 dry without any issues. Steer clear from this location because they will try to...
