Today may 24 , 2025 got into an argument with the staff a lady with curly hair the works there Saturdays mornings . I ask her for a green juice and told her to add a bit of pineapple she blends everything frozen in a blender not a juicer as I was expecting for a green juice she gives me a smoothie instead with chunks of veggies couldn’t even drink it of how disgusting and I ask her nicely if I can get my 8 bucks back she said I can’t give you the money back I was like okay can I get something for 8 instead she refuse to even give me the rights as a customer going there since they open during the pandemic me and my family are great customers. But who this lady think she is she refuse to give me my money back or trade for something. In top of the my coffee was nasty I ask her I want a cafe con leche to pass the milk in the machine she was so lazy to even do the. Empanadas over priced pay almost 40 for 6 empanadas a coffee and a disgusting drink never again she gave me the 8 bucks back because i was about to call the cops on her . I loved this place before much more variety but the problem is not even the place or food is the lady working there she doesn’t care of how she treats customers there. They need to train her to make coffee and green juices because she doesn’t even know what she’s doing there .NEVER again this place lost me and my family as customers I hope the owner takes this as consideration because he will loose more...

I placed an order over the phone because they always take forever to make the food but today I was late and to no surprise my food was still not ready. It took them 40 minutes to make two arepas de queso?…. Here’s the thing they were store-bought and they were not fresh. It was absolutely nothing what I’ve ordered in the past and what’s crazy is that I know that you could buy those out at Costco because I make them at home… For 40 minutes I could’ve made some homemade fresh arepas. The gentleman barely greets you. You’re lucky you can get a hello because he’s not even interested in being in the building. While I placed the order over the phone, he told me 10 minutes ..and I showed up 20 minutes late. Thats was when he then started to cook them. I really don’t know what took 40 minutes. It is absolutely lazy. I’m so disappointed. I really love this place and my family is Colombian, but it is such a letdown. The Mexican bakery two doors up in the same strip is going to...

First of all I wanna that the food here is amazing and I love it, and this is the reason why I always come back hoping that I get great customer service. however it always ends up being a horrible experience with the lady behind the counter, she is extremely rude, and has always an attitude with me, not sure why. yesterday I made an order, then I asked how long she calculated for my order to be ready and she said 1 hour, I told her I didn't think it would take that long and she rudely replied well your not the only client waiting here. as a someone that works with customer service myself , I understand that some people order take out and time wait could be long, however there is no need for the rude attitude towards the clients. this is not the first time that she is kind of rude, the times the man is behind the counter is a better experience. not sure if there is more people a=behind the counter...
