Undoubtedly, Rice Thai has the best Thai food locally. I’ve been ordering from this place for a while now and it hasn’t been a disappointment up until recently. I ordered take out the other day and there seemed to be a language barrier and confusion about what I was ordering. The woman on the phone who took the order became very rude and impatient. However, when I got there to pick up the food her whole attitude changed I think when she realized I was the one picking up the order..she’s definitely seen me before and was super nice to me like she has always been in the past when I went. As much as this is my go to place for Thai, I did not appreciate the unwarranted attitude that I received and after reading past reviews this seems to be a common issue. And not for anything, the majority of their income comes from take out because they only have a total of two small tables..so I’d think twice before being rude to those that make up the majority of your business. Again, the food here is great and I haven’t had a bad experience up until now..but it just kind of left a bad taste in my mouth and may think about checking out...

My boyfriend and I are big fans of this place and it's very unfortunate that tonight was our last time ordering from this establishment. I placed my order over the phone and due to a language barrier I repeated my order multiple times. Initially the man who took my order was very friendly until I called back informing them one of the meals was incorrect. Instead of trying to resolve the issue the same man laughed at me over the phone and said "that's what you ordered" and "it's already been paid for". I raised an alarming concern that it is very unprofessional to be laughing at your customer especially when they're telling you that you didn't get their order right. He then processed to tell me "don't take it personal I'm not laughing at you" and still continued to laugh. They did not bother to attempt to correct the error which was shocking! Their food may be great but if the customer doesn't come first it's not worth going to. Luckily I don't have any kinds of allergies but if I did, then what? I would get stuck with that meal and have to...
