I walked in desiring a sandwich advertised on their website. The help, who were very weak with English, did not know what the sandwiches on their website were so i asked for a current menu in the store. When they presented me with the menu i chose my sandwich, which had a totally different name, and they made my sandwich. But when they rang it up the price was about 50% more than their in store menu said. I found that unacceptable and walked out without completing the purchase. The net was they put effort into creating but got stuck with a custom sandwich. This is no way to run a business. I am declaring war on them and any other business (e.g. Carlos Pizza) I encounter who cannot present me with accurate product information until i check out. I ask all who read this to join me to send a message. I am also escalating to Suffolk County Bureau of Consumer Affairs to challenge this “new business rule” that vendors do not have to provide accurate product information until the point...

The last time my sandwich was missing two meats(more importantly, my BACON), was really small, it looked like someone put three pieces of meat on a stale roll and forgot to finish making it.
