Loco Lobster — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

I have a bad experience. I got a shrimp po boy sandwich with fries for someone, and it was good, but the salad with lobster was not okay. The salad was old and damaged, and when I returned it, the two male employees were so defensive, claiming that when they served, it was fine. But it wasn't, I couldn't eat it within one hour of purchase. I bought it at night time and I have to wait til the morning to return it because I live far from the restaurant. So, the employee said that I should it have returned it the same day or called right away. Well, I didn't know. The female employee called the owner by phone. Then, the owner came into the scene with an attitude claiming that they never serve old salad, showing me the salad bin they have behind the counter and I said, all I care is that my salad was damaged and I need my money back. The situation was handled so poorly, I believe the owner acted wrong, and only the female employee apologized for the way I was treated. The owner didn't have the decency to speak to me with understanding. It's a shame that the owner and the two male employees behaved so disrectful, not accommodating, and neither seems to care about customer service. I will never buy their food again and I won't recommend it to my friends either. However, the place is nicely decorated and there is plenty of parking. People, people, people. My 2 hour drive from Brooklyn, NY was well worth it. When I tell you that Loco Lobster is Beyond Worth It, IT IS BEYOND WORTH IT. I saw an Instagram video and you guys know how those can be, but I told my husband that Valentine's Day would be the Perfect Day to try Loco Lobster. AND BOY OH BOY WAS I RIGHT. Everything was great. We started with the Coconut Shrimp and the Crab and Shrimp Eggrolls(amazing sauce by the way.) He had the Seafood Platter with snow crab, a Lobster tail, 6 Shrimp and corn on the cob(grilled with the blackened seasoning.) FOOOOOOD COMA!!!!! Three words. SO DAMN GOOD!!!! I had the Surf and Turf. No additional sauce needed. Porterhouse steak was the size of half a cow. The Lobster tail was Amazing. Sides were brocolli and mac n cheese. Yum, yum, and more yum. Everything was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!! We ordered for Pick Up through Uber Eats and we got the BOGO. 2 SEAFOOD PLATTERS AND 2 SURF AND TURFS FOR THE PRICE OF 1. YOU CAN'T BEAT THAT. The place was packed and that seemed like a good sign. I've read.amazing reviews on Facebook and decided to try. It was a Thursday night and again they were packed, so I expected to wait. I waited an hour on a $100 order. Having waited that long I would assume that it was because my order wasn't up yet, but I don't know. I live 3 minutes away from their location, and my food was cold. This is my biggest pet peeve when it comes to food ordered out. The lobster.mac and cheese was akin to left out kraft Mac and cheese with a few pieces of lobster on top. The lobster roll was cold and fell apart because it sat so long and one side was soggy. The clam strips and calamari was again cold and tasted like congealed oil. The tacos were again cold but the lettuce was wilted. The French fries were cold and unappealing. I understand this place is new but I won't be spending more money there. I honestly don't mind spending money, and I don't mind waiting, but both of those for cold food, is just not worth it. I'm glad others have had better...
