Pizza Time — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

Worst pizza ever!!! The owner and employees are extremely rude!! My husband calls in and order a pie half mushroom/bacon and mozzarella sticks and when he got there they were just putting in the pie they say it will be 10 min. So he's waiting and waiting and waiting. Finally says to the guy I orderd a pie a while ago and have been sitting here waiting is my pizza done yet. They say what did you order. Really?? He says a pie half mushroom half bacon and 12 mozzarella sticks. They forgot about my husband and they had already taken the pizza out and placed it on top of the oven. Then says oh we forgot to put the sticks in. My husband says forget it let me just pay for the pie and get out of here. The pizza was horrible. The mushrooms were not fresh they were straight out of the can, gross!! The bottom was burnt which tells me they don't clean their ovens. When I picked up a slice the whole slice willted like a flower and every topping slipped off. Just absolutely horrible. The owner wasn't even sorry or nice about it.When they close they should of stayed closed. This is how you lose customers!! Never going again!! Don't waste your money!! So many other pizzas...

My husband and I used to get food here all the time. The Penne Alla vodka was OVERCOOKED. However, even though they're an italItan restaurant, when my husband called, the person he spoke to has somehow NEVER HEARD THAT TERM BEFORE. We explained it means it's mushy, we only took one bite from it and wanted to trade it for an item that was HALF the price we paid for the MUSHY pasta. I don't know how many people would be satisfied with overcooked pasta which was not cheap! They guy refused to trade it. And said, "Oh I'll just give you credit the next time you come in." Which by the way was only a $2 or $3 discount and we we're still stuck with overcooked pasta that only went in the trash. I wouldn't even allow my dog to eat it. Even he deserves better! I will not be spending my money here anymore for terrible customer service (and one HELL of an ATTITUDE) on an order in which THEY MESSED UP! 10/10 Don't recommend. Save your money cause you're better off just buying dog food for WAY cheaper and made RIGHT!

DATE: MAY 2023 If I could give zero stars I would, I ORDERED NOT ONCE BUT TWICE AND MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED so once I called to cancel my order the gentleman was VERY VERY RUDE mind you I order from here atlease 2-3 times a week and often walk there just as much to eat one grandma slice. Well they lost my business all together with their NASTY ATTITUDES HOSTILE AND ARGUMENTATIVE customer service to their customers!!!!!

** UPDATE JUNE 30TH 2024 - ORDERED AGAIN BECAUSE MY KIDS TRULY LOVE THE PIZZA AND THE DRIVER WAS RUDE MAKING THE REMARK THEY DONT DELIVER THIS FAR AFTER TIPPING HERSELF $10 & I CALLED TO ASK FOR THE MANAGER AND HIS RESPONSE TO IT ALL “ THATS NOT LIKE HER “

WELL ITS NOT LIKE DELIVERY DRIVERS TIPPING THEMSELVES !! OFFICIALLY NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN. I HAD TO WORK 13 HRS FOR $60 TODAY AND COUNTED EVERY CHANGE. NEVER AGAIN!
