Love it here! A rarity at its core, this place will never get old in my book. It's a lovely change of pace from the usual fare of Fire Island! Everything I've eaten has tasted fresh and flavorful. For appetizers, I highly recommend the curry puffs! They are a decent sized puff and can be split in half to share, although you do get 3 per order. My favorite entree is Pad Kee Mow, as it has a very satisfying kick to it at its base level. I have ordered it "Thai spicy" and was satisfied with that, so if you can handle and love spice, go for it! The chicken I add to it is always moist and savory, and the chewy texture of the broad rice noodles complements the dish even more.

Another appetizer I love is Tom Kha Gai, a sweet / very slightly spicy coconut milk based soup. The mushrooms in it were cooked perfectly and so adorable!

If you aren't a huge fan of spice, I can highly recommend the Pad Thai (get your rice noodle fix!) or the Pad See Ew. The Grilled Branzino is also full of flavor and not spicy.

BTW, their Boba and milk teas are super tasty and a nice sweet treat especially after spicy food! You can also try the Coconut Pudding- it's a mildly sweet, uniquely textured dessert and delicious!

Overall, you truly can't go wrong here and won't find food like this many other places...

From the moment we walked into Samui Thai restaurant We were greeted with warm hospitality And a beautiful and inviting atmosphere. The service throughout our meal was attentive and friendly genuinely thoughtful. We started the evening with a couple of appetizers, which set the atmosphere for a wonderful evening. The mummy shrimps Were a stand out ,crispy On the outside and juicy on the inside .The calamari was light and tender, Fried to perfect perfection . The Sriracha chicken was to die for. For our main course, we had two classic dishes .pad Thai, & pad see Ew both equally delicious. Every bite we had at Samui Thai food restaurant was bursting with authentic flavor. Between the mouthwatering food and the outstanding service this restaurant is...

Hooray! We finally have tasty options for meals other than the same old same old in Ocean Beach. This is their first year so we cut them some slack... I am not a fan of paper plates but at least they have metal utensils. Every dish that we have tried has been delicious. Cocktail selection is just okay as they do not have a liquor license so there is no full bar. A great convenience is ordering online and picking up delicious hot food to eat in your own home with your own cocktails! We've visited many times over the summer and hope they stay in business...

We were there on a Saturday night in late September. The food was fine but it was consistently spicy - no other option. The plates were paper. The beer and wine in limited supply. The atmosphere is ok but the prices don’t match. The calamari was either cooked in old oil or burnt or both. The waitress was working a full house solo and did a great job given the circumstances. The two rice dishes - we each ordered a different one - looked and tasted exactly the same. Given the limited options on the island, it may do fine but it also may not. We shall see.
