Taqueria Little Mexico — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

I am not the type of person to write reviews and this is actually my first time. If i could rate this place no stars i would! Worst Customer service I have ever experienced. My boyfriend had ordered me a alambre with chicken and steak and clearly stated to them no shrimp because i am allergic!!! They made the order with shrimp... My boyfriend called to see if they can remake my order because it had shrimp and told them that he would take the one they gave him back! They lady on the phone was very rude about it and said there was nothing they could do! She then told him to wait as she spoke to the people in the kitchen. She came back to the phone and refused to do anything for us! She told my boyfriend that it was his fault and not theirs remind you that he clearly stated to her no shrimp. She then started to get nasty on the phone he told her what was i supposed to eat being that i can’t eat my food and she said just take the shrimp out as if she wasn’t understanding that i was allergic to it. She then told my boyfriend that next time i will get my meal without shrimp and hung up. My family’s owns a deli and we always make sure our customers are satisfied and correct our mistakes! We don’t blame the customer. Clearly they don’t care for their customers and it’s very sad! I will never be going back! I have experienced multiple times places getting my orders messed up and they always fix it and even give me something complimentary! This place couldn’t...

Everything is disastrous. When you walk in on a busy morning you have to be standing up waiting to eat your food for like half an hour, on top of that the waitresses or staff don't even say anything. Like are you kidding me? They didn't say "Sorry about the wait. Hold on for 15 mins", they said absolutely nothing along those lines. They just pretend like you don't even exist. Then, you have to get your own table and sit there for like 10 minutes until someone decides to take your order. When your ordering what you want from the menu, everything on it is not avaliable or they "ran out". Seriously, what type of slow business is this? I ended up having dry cold steak tacos with like 3 pieces of steak and a whole bunch of onion on a tiny tortilla. At that point, I somewhat managed to finish my food and pay and leave. This is not the first time they disappoint, this is technically the third time something wrong happens with the food. They seem careless wether they make money or not. I ordered a side order of guacamole and chips, the placed chips inside of the guacamole. I don’t know what message they’re trying to deliver, but if they expect to stay open and have customers they should really work on their front end staffing.
