After ordering six days worth of specialty cakes to be made expecting them to be made right two out of six were OK. I am normally not one to give a bad review or complain, so I spoke to the owner directly his response was well I didnât make the cake so if they made it wrong, they made it wrong. Mind you I still had three days worth of waters to pick up. He did not offer an apology or say he was going to do anything about it. I wasnât looking for a refund, but some kind of remorseful this as you know six days of specialty ordered cakes in a row is not small change . Totally dissatisfied with the owners attitude and response and not a word of a credit or a refund or even an apology. His only words were well I didnât make the cake so you canât blame me and then he walked away from the counter. All my years I have never written a bad review at all if I ever had an issue, I would speak to the owner of the establishment. Obviously this owner doesnât give a shit about his customers. Well, now his ex Customer. That has a lot of following. So as an owner, maybe you should adjust your attitude and take responsibility for your employees.    Read moreI feel sad even writing this not only did they ruin my sons birthday cake but they were beyond rude about it.. i am not one to complain or give people a hard time but this cake was just unacceptable. I was hung up on and spoken to very rudely. I felt extremely disrespected.
I reached out to the bakery by email a month prior to the event for a birthday cake after not hearing anything back I called and was told they e-mail wasn't correct on the website first of all. After I got in touch with them I gave them 2 cakes to pick from to see if they could make it because I did need a vegan cake ... they picked this cake out of the 2 and promised they could do it... the cake looks nothing like what we asked for and we paid 120.00 for it I would have went with a different cake or a different bakery... after being hung up on my husband was able to get 50 dollars back (we know the cake cost money to make we weren't trying to pull a fast one and get a free cake out of this) but I have never been so disappointed and upset. This cake was a joke and the staff was rude and not helpful. I will not be returning they lost good business . They weren't even apologetic its sad people rub their business...
   Read moreOn Sunday 2/23/25 I purchased a few items. I purchased an all chocolate cake for a birthday. Asked to have something written on it. Ordered half a pound of rainbow cookies. On Monday when I went to serve the cake and rainbow cookies they tasted very dry/stale. The writing on the cake looked like a second grader wrote on it. I had to throw out both the cake and cookies unless I wanted to choke on it from it being so disgustingly dry/stale. I was embarrassed when people started eating the cake to say it didnât taste good.I was unable to contact the store as they are closed on Mondays. I called this morning and asked to speak with a manager, I was told there donât have a manager and I could speak to anyone. When I started to tell the woman on the phone the issues/concerns I had regarding those two items she told me everything is made fresh on Sundays which I do not believe is the case. It those items were made fresh Sunday morning they shouldnât taste like that not even 24 hours later.
