Zara's Deli and Bagel — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

Amazing experience with the owner. Long story short, my husband picked up lunch for us. They misunderstood what my husband ordered and gave him a breakfast sandwich instead of the deli lunch sandwich I wanted. When he got home and I opened it I was disappointed in the quality of the sandwich, not know at the time they made a standard breakfast sandwich. I called to ask why there was barely any Turkey on my sandwich and that i wasn't happy (I was having a bad day) And the owner called me back to make it right. Not only was he so understanding to why I even called, he wanted to make it right and had my order remade and delivered it to my house. It was the first time we had ever ordered from there and could have easily been the last BUT it was just a misunderstanding and the owner was so amazing and nice about it. The sandwich I orders was delicious and I will be back next week to try something new! Not many people conduct their businesses like this these days so I was so pleased with the interaction. I've never called to complain about food before , and I get a little silly doing it but now I'm happy I did because I can support a local business and felt compelled to write a review to recommend them to everyone in...

It's the Best Deli Ever!!! ... 8yr highly satisfied everyday customer. Won't start my day without it. Never a problem.. Clean , great atmosphere, great food , lovable staff. Worth every penny...even "the change" .. Won't eat anywhere else .. Anyone that can actually give this place a bad rating should just do the world a favor... Go home, stay home, and try to stomach your own cooking... You get back the same energy you put out... If there was ever a real problem with your order, you were most likely the problem to begin with.. bec negative attitudes will get you negative results... I always appreciate their efforts and therefore i never have a problem... 🤷... Food is on point everytime..🎯😋.. Always respect the people who make your food, even if there is ever a mistake... Some people need to just zip it 🤐 get lost 🏃and go make their own food..🤢.
