Horrible Service

First off you walk in…there’s no reception or hostess…it’s all the way in the back of the restaraunt…we stood there for 10-15 minutes…waiting for a hostess or waitress or even the bartender who was 6’ away to even acknowledge us…several times I made eye contact with her…completely ignored me…not even I’ll be with you in a minute….waitresses came and went…even the cooks looked out and saw us standing there…finally another guest who was sitting on the window sill…b/c there’s no place for people to wait…told me you have to go get someone or else you’ll be waiting forever…so I had to walk to a waitress and ask them if they was a hostess…as soon as I started walking back to talk to a waitress all of a sudden I have their attention and she’s overly quick to cut me off and ask my name and tell me there’s a 10-15 minute wait…so i go back to the front to continue to wait…after a few more minutes of waiting…the bartender finally asks if she could help me…as if she hadn’t seen me before…she obviously saw me go back and talk the waitress and walk back b/c it’s all past the bar…really….then there’s the prices…top end prices for bar food…that’s nothing special…avg for any descent restaurant…certainly not worth the service and if that wasn’t enough…they mixed up the order…by putting the sides on different orders…overall not worth parting my money with…as Troy has a lot of better...

We went here tonight to celebrate my brother's birthday- his choice. The place is very small but it's comfortable. It was a busy Friday night but not once was the crowd overbearing or loud. It felt like we were all just hanging out...chilling. It was actually really awesome how it felt like that. The bartender welcomed us when he realized we were waiting for a table and the waitresses were all very genuinely friendly. Just felt like a nice little family spot you know? The food was amazing and tasted homemade and not the typical "frozen food microwaved or heated up" you find at restaurants. The pasta fagioli was to die for. So much flavor and not heavy at all. The pizza crust we had was a bit dry but the ingredients were fresh and delicious. I loved our waitress. She was truly a wonderful young lady and I'm sorry I forgot her name. Had a quick dinner here 5/17/24 , Although the food was good …the cocktail was better than the meal.( 👏 great Bartender!) Appetizers scored=50/50 Mozzarella sticks were perfect but boneless wings tasted like chicken meatballs and looked like them as well..(minced chicken 🤷‍♂️) I ordered the Bacon Mushroom Burger 🍔 medium well.. received it with NO Bacon and was well done, which was OK... My Dinner Partner ordered a Hot Sandwich ..chips loosely on the side of the sandwich would have been classier but it literally came with a small bag of Lays Chips.. That were OUTDATED by 5 months stamped best if used by 12/23! The waitress was wonderful and the meal came rather quickly. Atmosphere was good yet, tables were too close… it was quite the maze to leave.....
