I decided to get a banana split and to my surprise I was given a rotten, watery banana. It looked like it was previously frozen. I'm extremely sick and disappointed on the 2 young ladies that were working. I returned the ice-cream and told them it wasn't edible and they started laughing and making faces in front of others who were waiting for their order. I asked them for my money back and kinda walked away because I was now very stressed out about their behavior. The family that was watching and waiting for their order came to my vehicle and told me now they're laughing and making fun of you! I went back and asked once again for a refund and asked them why they were acting this way and asked for their boss and they said they weren't there at the time. One of the girls threw a wiping cloth on the counter and very rudely told the other " Just give her the money back " with such a nasty attitude that truly hurt my feelings. My accent was made fun of but they did it in front of another Puerto Rican family! This is terrible behavior towards customers and I surely didn't deserve this awful treatment. These girls need better training for sure. Not to mention I'm extremely ill and this would of been a for sure trip to the...
Read moreWe like visiting ice cream stands , and we enjoy this one. The only reason for the 4 star rather then the five star is the fact that there cone selection could be improved. They have a regular wafer cone and then a sugar cone , but they are about the same size. So if you get a large 3 or 4 scoop cone , good luck. It's gonna be on a very small cone . Your almost forced to pay the extra 25 cents for the cup and spoon. I don't know about you but when I go out to a stand for ice cream getting a cone is part of the experience. I would like to see them add a waffle cone to the menu. Either way it's a nice place to stop and they have a couple picnic tables to sit at with a decent amount of parking...
Read moreFriendly service and delivers on what it says it is. My issue here is that Perry’a ice cream has monopolized lake Chautauqua, likely utilizing the benefits of economies of scale to crowd out all ice cream manufacturers that have the potential to deliver ice cream with actual flavor. I am sure the management of this establishment are fantastic and I appreciate their passion for bringing families together through ice cream adventures. However, I would greatly appreciate a new ice cream vendor (ie. Hershey’s, Addie’s, homemade). In the meantime I won’t...
