McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Cairo

Each time I come here I say I won’t be back and today was the final straw. Order is NEVER right and when I went to tell them I was missing two burgers and tried to show them they disregarded me threw the burgers on the counter and in front of me began to whisper to one another. I believe this may have been one of the managers a young woman with red hair. I sat down and reviewed my bill and realized yet another mistake but I just ate my food and left without incident because I was so annoyed. If McDonalds is your choice I suggest driving a few miles down the road to Hudson. This location would be a perfect location for an episode of Undercover Boss because there is a lack of training her specifically customer service! I am an unsatisfied customer🤬 the drive-thru line was extremely long. You were unable to go inside to order any food 🤬 One of the main reasons that we love McDonald's so much are for the french fries. By this being a three day weekend (October 10th) we could not understand when we ordered two double cheeseburgers, two fish cheese and tartar sauce, two apple pies and a medium sized iced coffee to be told we have NO FRENCH FRIES or APPLE PIES😭 This is the first time in history for me that a McDonald's had NO FRIES😭. McDonald’s at Cairo NY is worthless. Every time I go to get anything like ice cream or chicken tenders they tell me the ice cream machine is down and just recently I’ve been being told a lot they are out of tenders. These employees want to make 15 dollars an hour but are to lazy to do anything and it takes even longer to get your food. For the past couple of weeks I have been going everyday to get some type of ice cream product and they tell me every time the machine is down. I was just a there a few min ago to do the same thing and a women tell me the same answer as always the machine is down. And I asked for tender and they didn’t have anymore.
