I’m extremely disappointed with my visit to the Starbucks in Camillus today. I ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino, and what I received was honestly just a cup of whipped cream with caramel drizzle and some crunchy topping—no coffee, no blended drink, just whipped cream.
To make things worse, five baristas were behind the counter, standing around and chatting while I waited at the drive-thru window. After waiting 10 minutes, someone finally placed a drink on the counter and walked away. I waited an additional 3 minutes before having to ask if that was mine—turns out it was.
This was one of the worst Starbucks experiences I’ve had. Completely unacceptable service and zero attention to the order. I hope management sees this and makes the necessary changes—customers...

She is always so genuine in her interactions, and I love all of the personalized recommendations she makes based on what I’ve ordered in the past. That type of personal interest and attention to detail is something rare in today’s world, and it is what motivates my traveling from Liverpool to make this my preferred Starbucks.

This store used to be the best in the area and it’s completely gone downhill in the past two months or so.. everytime I come there is 5 workers behind the counter and somehow I still end up waiting 10 minutes at the drive through for my one shaken espresso every morning before work.
