Our favorite local non-fast-food burger joint! And just a note, although I know it doesn't apply to the majority - but their Veggie Burgers are hands-down THE BEST I've ever had, anywhere. Perfect and not frozen pre-formed patties! Even though I've slipped into "flexitarian" over the years and do eat a little meat here and there, I'll still ALWAYS get the veggie burger here as long as they keep the same kind.

Service is always great, and without using the coupons, the prices ARE a little more expensive, especially if you're bringing the whole family in, but you can't really compare the quality of the food to McDonald's. It's all good stuff. (Except the fries, in my opinion - I'd actually rather have McD's fries than their frozen crinkle cut ones. But I just skip the fries since I'm always filled up with just the burger with the big hard rolls and all the fixins. But that's only recommendation I could make to improve the food, since most people do get fries with their meals - take the fries up a notch. Just our family's opinion, though.)

Love their frozen custard available all year long, and their famous root beer is delicious! My "kids" (all actually adults now lol) all like to get the chicken fingers, because that's just what they eat everywhere we go for some reason, and they always look good. My Mom loved their fish. The rest of the family eats the different variety of non-veggie burgers and raves about them.

Make sure to visit their website for the BoGo burger coupons (ground steak). They even let me use the coupon with the veggie burger, and just take off the price of whichever burger we get that's...

I called tonight to place an order for pick up and whoever answered the phone was pretty rude. I asked for the pick up to be a little more than an hour from then. I get there 5 minutes after the pick up time just to allow them a few more minutes. I approached the counter and gave my name for the order. The girl working said there wasn't an order for that name and asked if I used another name. I told her no that I didn't have another name to use. I told her I ordered 2 burgers, 2 Mac salads and a chilli cheese fry. She found that order but under the name earl. Idk how the guy could have messed that up seeing how I spelled my name for him twice. I know it wasnt the girls fault and she was very pleasant and professional. I paid and left. I got back to the Hotel to eat and I noticed the guy messed the order up. My girlfriends burger had mustard and ketchup on it when I told him mayo and ketchup. She is highly allergic to mustard so I ate hers and she ate mine because mine just had mayo on it! My first visit to that establishment I WAS NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL. I ordered a Hot fudge Sundae with no cherry. I asked the person who did my order to please do light ice cream because I wanted it to go with a lid then I repeated myself saying I wanted less ice cream because I wanted it to go with a lid. He seemed like he understood and comprehend what I wanted completely but he then proceeded to ask someone else make my order and the person who made my order attempted to hand me my hot fudge Sundae with no lid on it. So I asked him politely if I could get a lid. He attempted to put the lid on it and the hot fudge Sundae exploded everywhere literally everywhere and the employee who took my order just started laughing laughing and said to his co workera look what he did. Then he gave me my ice cream that literally had ice cream dripping from the sides and just offered me a bag and said have a great day. NO REFUND NO OFFER TO REMAKE. Ridiculous customer service just awful. Would highly highly recommend everyone to stay as far away from there ice cream parlor as possible because that is exactly what...
