Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Champlain

So I moved to Rouses Point about a year ago and I've been going to this location for about a year and it is the closest Dunkin to me and as a previous Dunkin shift leader this place wasn't that bad in the start but recently for the last few months every time I've gone in my coffee has been good and the donuts are great too but unfortunately the food station food lately has been tasting like straight chemicals and its very hard to enjoy! the morning crew is actually very nice but the night crew could use more training because one of the times i went in i asked for two large strawberry dragon fruits with black tea and the person on front counter charged me for a large strawberry coolatta and a large hot black tea and tried giving it to me and i don't like to be rude or speak up but i had to because I unfortunately don't like either of those drinks and cant just deal with it. Just came home from visiting my local Dunkin' Donuts in Plattsburgh Ny. I have to say I will never return to that dunkin again. Ordered 3 drinks through the drive thru not once did the girl in the window say. Welcome, or Thank you nor did she even give me the right change back and didn't apologize being wrong. She was very rude. If you don't like what you do then find another job don't take the dislike of your job or your bad day out on paying customers. We all have bad days put a smile on when someone comes to you window paying. This is not the first time with this girl it happened a few days ago as well but we thought oh well but the second time with the same girl. I'll take my business elsewhere and hopefully my friends...

Okay I’m sorry but this location is not great. Usually I give them some slack but I paid over $4 for bacon that I could only eat a few pieces of. Not everybody is a fan of the burnt bacon left overs. This isn’t the first time I’ve gotten a wad of burnt bacon either. Also the coffee is either watered down or way too sweet, and drive through service as far as waiting a long time can be bad depending on the day. On a lighter note, employees are usually very nice, but for a breakfast place where everyone wants a quick bite to eat and a coffee on their way to work, there’s local business that are a lot busier and still produce service faster than this location.
