Incredible. one star too many. Have never seen a more under trained staff. Ordered a Ruben, new to the menu today. Staff didn't even know how to make it. No thousand island dressing. No manager. No reason to ever go there again. Pastrami got nuked. And had I not said warm my sauerkraut it would have just been plopped on the cold cheese. Incredible. Need a franchise owner that cares about service. Not making money. Try training people. Neither worker knew a damn thing about making sandwiches. Am sure the owner doesn't either. Sad...

Usually have a decent sub here when I order there. Placed a mobile app order and the clueless kid working there couldn't read the order right, put the wrong cheese on, took it off never put the correct cheese on, way too much sub crunch. Definitely one of the worst subs I've ever had from there. I definitely suggest not using the app for here, go in and order at least you can see them...
