Dollar General — Local services in Town of Champlain

This store is always an unorganized mess. The hours keep changing. We needed baby wipes tonight and my husband was there at 9:30 and the doors were closed. Online states they are open until 11. A couple of weeks ago my husband went and they were closed. They normally close at 10 or 11 and they had new hours that said they closed at 8 or 9 (I can’t remember) so this was our fault and we learned to check the times ahead of time and guess what?? They closed early. I will start driving to Plattsburgh to get things because this store is so inconsistent. This company dose t even value their employees or their customers. If they did they would have more than 1 person working at a time. I really don’t know how they are able to keep business. Like clean your damn store and hire more people and hire people who are...

This place is generally awful.. The merchandise is always stacked up on Carts and never put away, cluttering up 50% of almost every isle. The trip hazards are too numerous to list. It feels like a Flea market that has too much inventory and not enough space to put it or the desire to Stock it. The help is Polite and nice but are never anywhere near the checkout to wait on you and are usually found texting or playing on their phones in some hidden corner.

I love going into the store the employees are very helpful and nice, Best one I have seen they are right there when you need them they rush too you when you need the help and you feel comfortable and also feel like your at home there My kids love going there looking at the toys and love how they get treated there very happy mother... very satisfied customer here :) Thank you guys for making it a wonderful...
