The owner has a wonderful establishment ,and unfortunately, probably due to age or other responsibilities, he can't always be in attendance. My opinion he has left some very irresponsible young men in charge of his establishment whenever he is not around . I have ate from there for over 12 years . And the last visit for me was horrible 😞 It's the customer service . The great fish is just not worth the poor service , people that have great customer service need to be at the counter, not some that can't smile or be inviting, the place just has a lot of tired attitudes and non professionals working there. I came near close and was literally told if I wanted my order cooked, I had to tip the cook . For 30 mins of bk n forth, I felt like I was negotiating my dinner after a 10 hour shift. Me and my two daughters walked in for food on 6/10/25 there was a bald head guy who was to serve us as we walked in he was looking at us crazy because he knew he had three meals to prepare which should of been a red flag for me how he looked at us I should of know our food was not gone be on point very dry with us not enthusiastic to help us our fries was half done the haddock was not fried long enough I had to give my daughter Mine cause hers was soggy and falling apart we paid 73 dollars for our meal to be treated poorly and out of all the years that I ate there I never experience that before you should not work somewhere that your going to be nasty and not put your all in making the customer food right but that’s my fault for buying food there when his energy was way off learning...

If I could give them zero stars I would ‼️. I placed an order they told me 25 minutes I get there and they told me they have no food and did not have my number on the call log to call me back!! VERY unprofessional!!!!!! I am calling the better business bureau and I will NEVER patronize them again!
