Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Town of Cheektowaga

I visited your location and had an unpleasant experience at the drive-thru. The speaker system appeared to be malfunctioning, so I proceeded to the window to place my order. Unfortunately, I was met with rude and unprofessional behavior from one of the staff members—specifically the woman handling the bagels.

She addressed me in a sarcastic and condescending tone, saying “Did you see the paper?” and continued making inappropriate, smart remarks while other staff members laughed in the background. This behavior was not only disrespectful but also completely unacceptable for any customer-facing role.

I’m unsure who I need to speak with to escalate this, but I strongly believe this situation needs to be addressed. No customer should be made to feel mocked or uncomfortable for simply trying to place an order.

Will not return to this Tim's H again. Terrible service. Unclean customers, smelling very bad. People waiting and being loud and obnoxious. The food preparer having to yell over the rude customers just to announce their order is ready. I went in for a croissant sandwich which was ok, but I specifically went in for the new cold brew. The Brown Sugar Butter Carmel Cold Brew. The lady at the register didn't even know what it was and apparently they didn't know how to make it because after I left and pulled off, I tasted it and it was disgusting. No brown sugar butter, no Carmel flavor. Just a plan ice coffee. Very disappointed. The employees rather play around with the young men that come in rather than give the customers a great experience and what they asked and paid for. Since the moment my family and I came inside the restaurant, everything went wrong. I am canadian and Tim Hortons is close to my heart. I tried to order some egg and bacon muffins, a grilled cheese panini and they gave me bagel instead of muffins and have to wait more than 15 minutes for the grilled cheese panini, because apparently they forgot about it. After all the mess Iwent to ask kindly for a little bit of cream cheese to put in the bagel sandwich that they gave me wrongly and they wanted to charge me extra for it. Bad service is not even the word for this Tim Hortons. In the meantime people were coming in and continuously complaining to the employees because they messed up their order too. Shameful!!
