Guiseppe's Binghamton — Restaurant in Town of Chenango

I I ordered a half sheet with half Philly cheesesteak and half plain. While it tasted good and customer service was good, I came home to something unexpected. The Philly cheesesteak side had red sauce and only meat on it. No peppers and onions. I was also under the impression that it would be a white pizza rather than red on the Philly side. The only reason I did not drive back and bother to return the pizza for a replacement was because it's a very cold and snowy day. I hate to give a poor review but I like getting what I pay for as described on the menu and not shorted the pepper and onion. The photo shows the red sauce and lack of pepper or onion. It's kind of difficult to describe Giuseppies unless you're familiar with good old fashioned great customer service. Even for a "younger" group, this gang takes pride in your food quality and attention to detail. Consistently great food. Some delicious local favorites here!!! Recently Austin and his Sunday crew again knocked consistently good service with delicious food out of the park! Same thing goes for the Red and White store...awesome servivecwith great product! So much fun to go here knowing everyone is friendly, paying attention and cares about what you get!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...

We live just miles down the road and it’s been out go to place for years. Recently the quality of food had gone down and when I complained I was offered a free pizza. Unfortunately I called about a month later and was told the offer had expired! I Was very disappointed with the way staff handled my phone call. The manager blamed the high school boys that work there because they didn’t tell me their was a 14 day policy to redeem the free pizza.
