A lot of my time was wasted. I needed a grinder pump and came here. First guy told me he had no idea about the item I needed and told me to come back on Monday to talk to their "pro" guy. I came back Monday after 2 days of not having to be able to use my water. Their "pro" guy told me he wouldn't (refused) to sell me a pump grinder cause I wasn't a licensed plumber even though I saw a few customers come in and buy things and appeared to be just a regular Joe. So I waited 2 days for nothing and they could not even tell me where to go to find a grinder pump. The reason behind this was because the guy didn't want to sell me the wrong grinder pump and it would cost me and it would have probably cost me 2 to 3k. Which is fine because the guy asked me questions about my plumbing and didn't want to sell the wrong one to me because I would not be able to return it. About 1-2 years ago I had to get my grinder pump replaced the day before Christmas and called Roto Rooter. Irr Supply Center was the place where Roto Rooter had gotten the grinder pump from. I had many issues with this grinder pump that only lasted 1.5 years for a 3k item. However, I had another plumber look at it and told me that Roto Rooter (guy was from the same company) installed the wrong size grinder pump and that it wouldn't last. So, my bad review is based upon that Irr Supply Center is willing to sell Roto Rooter the wrong grinder pump that only lasted me 1.5 years but they refused to sell me a replacement because I am not a licensed plumber? But, yet they sold the wrong grinder pump to Roto Rooter and it cost me over 3.5k the day before Christmas and it last less than 2 years. Well, I went to Harbor Freight and got a replacement grinder pump for $100 bucks and installed it myself and it's been perfectly fine since. I will never go to this place and I will never deal with...

Stopped here on a whim yesterday in search of a shower door. Upon arrival we saw the showroom was closed so we went to customer care and asked if they had any. We were told they could custom order one, then the woman told us to hold tight while she checked on something. Turns out they had 2 shower doors in stock that would have worked for us. We picked the door and made the purchase. I went to go get my vehicle to load them in and they insisted on delivering it to us for FREE. Talk about amazing customer service, they were so helpful, patient and went above and beyond to get us what we needed at a huge discounted price. Delivery driver was amazing, curtious and helpful. Wish we had found this place sooner and been using them for products before...

Keep in mind Irr Supply is a wholesaler and does not sell to the general public. Some of the negative reviews may be from individuals and not necessarily professionals in a trade.
