I want to love this place. I am so supportive of local businesses and I want them to succeed. However…. SAVE YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY and either skip dinner or get ANYTHING ELSE!!! They have so much to overcome to be a successful restaurant. The cleanliness and order timing is a HUGE factor. The online ordering platform they have is terrible. There are no descriptions of the dishes, so unless you are intimately familiar with Indian cuisine, you’re screwed. Forget it if you have allergies. The online ordering will say your order will be ready in 30 minutes… plan on 90 minutes. You will show up to pick up your food and they will say it’s not ready, and to come back in 10 minutes. They mean 45 minutes. I asked if they could label the 6 dishes that we ordered… nope. No receipt, everything looks exactly the same. Don’t order biryani because apparently they aren’t prepared to make it. It’s also just white rice with a few spices. It’s bloody terrible.
After waiting an additional 45 minutes in my car I went in to use the restroom. Wow. Just pray you have hand sanitizer and toilet paper on you. There were 4 empty toilet paper rolls, but no toilet paper. Two empty soap dispensers, and a broken towel dispenser. Dirty cups under the toilet and a disgusting floor. How do their workers wash their hands when literally EVERY mechanism to make that happen is unavailable?!! Take your antibiotics before you eat their food, I guess. I went to the front counter to let them know that their restaurant had no sanitary equipment in the bathroom, and I sat there for over 5 minutes with no one coming to the main counter or register! They are CLEARLY understaffed and have no idea how to run a restaurant. Save your money, save your time, just choose another restaurant that can accommodate your order, and hard-earned money without giving you...
Read moreJust tried this place. Food was excellent we had the Califlower 65 (we got a side of a yogurt sauce for dipping like a Roti) very good and I’m no fan of cauliflower. We also got the palak paneer and Kadai chicken both excellent. Please not the Kadai chicken is bone in and I didn’t see that noted but still delicious. They were out of Naan so we had another type of bread I want to say a Dosa but not positive made with rice and coconut very light a little crispy glad to try something new and they did bring us out a piece of naan to try when they had some fresh and of course it was perfect. Will definitely e coming back. The only thing I would change is the menu and not what was on the menu, but the layout of the menu and that’s only because as someone with ADHD I found it a little bit harder to read, the plain black writing on a plain white background, just made it harder for me to focus but I’ll just have others read it for me. It won’t stop me from...
Read moreThis is a small family of 4 business, If you are looking for good homey food and atmosphere then this is the place for you. But don’t let the modest look to the restaurant lower your expectations, because they truly pour their hearts and soul into their home cooked recipes. We are regulars who will advocate for this place because we need more restaurants like this to stick around and succeed.
My husband trusted the cook so much with his skills in the kitchen that today’s visit he asked the waitress to have the cook surprise him with the cooks personal favorite dish and lets just say… that fish curry was one of the best things we’ve ever eaten. He did not disappoint.
Thank you!!! We...
