I recently had the pleasure of dining at El Toro steakhouse and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The restaurant not only boasted great food but also had a nice ambiance and awesome service.
Upon arriving, we were warmly greeted by our server, Willie, who proved to be incredibly attentive and friendly throughout the evening. We opted for their pre-set menu, which included a small plate appetizer, an entree, dessert, and coffee, all for just $35. Since there were three of us, we decided to order three sets from the menu.
For starters, we indulged in a shrimp cocktail, Buffalo wings, and meatballs - a delightful assortment. Moving on to the main course, we were treated to Skirt steak, NY strip steak, and Picanha steak. The portions were incredibly generous, and each steak was cooked to perfection with the right amount of seasoning and served at the correct temperature. The meat was tender and juicy, leaving us thoroughly satisfied with our choices.
Despite the generous portions, we found ourselves unable to finish everything. We ended up taking our desserts to go, and there was still a substantial amount of food left to enjoy at home. El Toro steakhouse offers excellent value for the delicious food they serve.
I can't emphasize enough the outstanding service we received from Willie. He made our dining experience enjoyable and memorable with his friendly and attentive nature. El Toro steakhouse has officially become our new favorite spot for steaks, and I highly recommend it to any meat lover out there. Be sure to take advantage of their pre-set menu while it's...
Read moreHonestly I’ve never left a review on a restaurant before but I feel I had to on this one. This was honestly the worst restaurant, let alone steak house, I’ve ever been to. Service was horrible. 40 minutes for water. But of course the cocktails came out right away. No bread or salad. I order a steak special which was to be a bacon wrapped filet with scallops. I.T was almost inedible. I ordered medium and i.t came out as honestly the most well done steak I’ve ever seen and the scallops weren’t fully cooked. My wife couldn’t eat her Chilean sea bass because i.t was so over cooked a drowning in a lobster sauce but without lobster. My 2 year olds food of chicken tenders and rice was so over cooked he wouldn’t eat i.t. In all save your money and go to Applebees or chilis. You’ll have a better meal there. It’s a shame because we love their other restaurant Sangrias but the missed the...
Read moreThis was my second visit there. First was okay. Went last night to celebrate my daughters birthday and was very diappointed. We were 1 of 3 parties when we arrived. Got drinks then ordered. My hubby got price fixe menu item. The rest of us ordered off menu. The place got busy quickly and I began to notice food coming out for other tables Maybe appetizers etc. I will say they were quick to ask for refills on drinks. I totally lost track of our waiter, never came to ask us anything. Food finally came out had to be at least 45 minutes later. All our food was cold except my husbands. They rest of us were not eating and waiter whipped by asked how was everything? I said everythings cold, he kept walking said Sorry. Finally someone came to have a conversation with us! Took dinners off bill, very "kind" of them. Bill still outraous, drinks very overpriced!! Probably wont return Very...
