Titanic Coffee — Restaurant in Town of Clarkstown

I came in and experienced bad customer service. I walked in and had to wait because one of the girls was too busy texting. I was in a rush waiting for my order to be made which took forever because the two workers were too busy gossiping, and my order was paused to have other orders made that came after me. Also very unhygienic as the worker was sneezing into the air and not covering her mouth, as well as rubbing her nose and after not washing her hands or wearing gloves. This experience will cause me to not come back again until they hire better...

it took me so long to even get to the place and when i got there the two workers, one female one male, were unprofessional, gossiping behind the counter and when i went up to the counter and said i ordered thru text she had to ask him if he made my order. that shows that they have no communication except for when they’re talking amongst themselves. when i finally got mt order, it was made incorrectly and it tasted horrible. not sure if i’ll...

I stop in here every week now after my delivery up the road. I use to go to the Dunkin’s in the plaza but those days are long gone. The coffee and experience here Is Way better. The coffee is amazing here. Well balanced and smooth. It’s a very unique cozy atmosphere as well. The lady’s are always friendly and polite. I also like that there is a shoulder so can park my semi safely with our obstructing traffic. Truck driver...
