Worst place ever!!! Gotten food from them a number of times and it's always subpar but this last trip takes the cake. Not only was all of the food disgusting, but didn't give me the right food and then told me I was wrong. Chicken and broccoli was all broccoli and what chicken was in it had no flavor and was just slimy. Chicken and beef on a stick was dry and chewy that nobody could eat it. They obviously hadn't changed fryer grease in awhile nc the sweet and sour chicken was so dark brown. Ordered General tsos chicken,shrimp and scallops and when I got home and opened it, it was a completely different dish and when I called to tell them they made the wrong dish, I was told I was wrong and that's what they gave me. Refused to remake or refund. Stay far far far away from this place as now me and the rest of the family have been fighting over turns in the bathroom ever...

This place is horrible!! We ordered food for delivery to our hotel. Not only did they not put the extra sauce in the bag that we asked for but they also didn’t even give us utensils to eat the food with. I called and asked why and was told I didn’t know you wanted something to eat your food with. I said I’m staying in a hotel. Clearly I don’t have utensils to eat with. She said oh I don’t know. And I bag on table. Driver did not put extra sauce in bag. I said it’s not the drivers responsibility to put extra sauce in the bag. It’s yours! They aren’t even supposed to open the bag! What horrible customer service!! Not to mention we’re eating burned...

Perhaps my expectations are too high since I am originally from the West Coast. However, the short answer is that there is nothing special about this place that separates it from every other strip mall Chinese food place. We ordered ahead, and due to poor management, the order took over an hour to be ready. Person taking orders was also in charge of bagging up completed orders. Every time the phone rang, all bagging would stop until the call was finished. Each new order was incorrectly quoted 10-15 minutes, even though it was obvious that new orders would take at least 45 minutes to an hour. All of our order was hot and fresh, but certainly not...
