San Remo Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Clay

Ordered a calzone, they made it with sauce. A calzone doesn't come with sauce. I've called back and they won't do anything to fix it, and I just get attitude from the people on the phone. The idiot guy said "I'm new here, and I made it wrong" but they won't do ANYTHING to fix it. I have been going here for years, and I am very discouraged that these clowns would have literally 0 effort in trying to remedy a situation which they are 100% at fault for. They have good blue cheese, let's be honest...everything else is TERRIBLE. I enjoyed my wings, and blue cheese...but girlfriend didn't even get anything to eat. I called back right after, and they were to busy to fix it. Then, they asked if I would come and get the food. I paid for delivery and a 5$ tip on a 20$ order, and they can't even deliver what was paid for? If they were helpful and courteous about trying to fix it, maybe I would give them another chance. At this point, I won't ever order from here again. This is the place that use to be multiple locations, but then most of them were closed because the employees were drug addicts and they were selling drugs along with pizzas. went to San Remo Pizza last night for dinner on 10/31/213. Granite they were busy due to it being halloween. I called for food at 430 pm and by 530, my food was no where to be found, (strike 1) They ended up placing our food under a different name and number, (strike 2) Then after 25 mins of figuring out what they were doing, one of the front end girls goes, "Oh i know where i did with their ticket." (Ding Ding Ding) I still paid full price even when they screwed my order up. All i got was a sorry? San Remo Pizza is one of the best Pizza joints around, but they have HORRIBLE customer service skills!!!! Due to their escapade last night, I will never return to their place EVER again. Not only did they anger me, but they also angered several other customers as well. I will drive the 5 extra mintues now and go to Paladinos. At least when you walk in there you are welcomed right off the start, amd they dont screw your orders up. San Remo, a little bit of advice. find a new manager and new girls running the front. i should of either had a refund for that disaster or ateast a discount!!!! Good luck in the future, as you have lost a good customer!

I got the ad in the mail a few days ago and decided to give them a try. I got the 2 large pizza special. When I was deciding on toppings, I accidentally hit red sauce for a pizza I wanted to be garlic base and not red sauce. The guy who made my pizza called me up to double check. So I got my garlic base. I’ve never had a restaurant call me to double check. I thought that was very observant and curtious. The pizzas were delivered sooner than the time I was given, and the driver didn’t get lost or have to call me for directions which is a first, I’ve lived in the complex for 3 years and everyone gets lost. My family loved the pizzas and we’re already looking forward to our next order. As a mom of pre teen boys who demolish pizza as if it were a professional sport, and as a restaurant server for the last 10 years, I was really happy with the service and the fact that the boys ate the pizza before it was even cooled...
