So I just spent 69 dollars I always go into the Liverpool location and today all of a sudden they tell me my pizza can't be pie cut. I spend 70 dollar almost every month if not more and I always get the pizza pie cut. Today they tell me I can't the two front ladies thought it was funny. Now I don't care if it tastes the same (it doesn't ) I want it that way. I have NEVER been told it's not guaranteed and they said they can't remake the pizza. so I asked for refund just on the pizza the ladies again laughed in my face and kicked me out saying they don't give refund. So I asked let me see that in writing where it says can't guarantee pie cut and where it says no refunds. I CALLED TO GET CORPORATE NUMBER IN WHICH THEY HUNG UP ON ME After SAYING SORRY NOPE WE DONT WANT YOUR BUSINESS (MY HUSBAND WAS ON THE CALL WITH ME )I can assure you I will NEVER EVER GO BACK THERE NEITHER WILL MY FAMILY. I EVEN CALLED THE Fairmount LOCATION TO SEE IF THEY TELL THEIR CUSTOMERS ITS NOT Guarantee AND THE OWNER TOLD ME THAT IF ITS ON THE TICKET THEY SHOULD BUT THEY DO WHAT THEY WANT OVER IN LIVERPOOL WHEN HES NOT AROUND. SO I WILL BE TRAVELING TO THAT LOCATION FROM NOW ON BECAUSE THIS IS Ridiculous TO ME!!!!! Again I go in multiple times a month spend a lot of money and you guys act that way and mind you this is not the first time I've had issues there but this was the final and last straw even if they didn't tell me to leave I wouldn't go back. I don't know what has changed in the past few months, but our past 7 orders have been incorrect in some form or another! (Sending wrong food, sending half of items ordered, food overcook, ect. and a RIDICULOUS amount of time to be delivered! 1 1/2 - 2 hours or more! Then obviously food is cold) My boyfriend refuses to order from anywhere else... For 5 years! Tonight... He said yeah... We are going back to Uncle Chubbie's. And the girl who answers the phone... She is rude, gets something wrong every time so far, and when she has to correct it she gets more of an attitude and cuts you off when you try to apologize for the misunderstanding (asked for delivery and she repeated my address back to me and at the end of ordering she tells me a half hour pickup...?!?!) I try to call back because I haven't bothered the past few times with whatever mistake and we have had it with this poor how ever you want to look at it, poor food, horrible customer service...everything and the phone is picked up and immediately hung up... Not once, not twice, THREE times! (Caller ID) so again the girl answering the phone... Needs to find a new job that she isn't miserable doing. Something here has changed... New owner or manager... Something. And the change is going to drive this place...

The employee took my number and repeated it back correctly. However she wrote down a digit incorrectly. An hour later I called back to learn that the pizza has been sitting in the lobby as the driver could not reach me. Clearly I am not eating a pizza that has been sitting in a lobby on the floor. The employee begins to argue with me and says that I gave her the wrong number. She then states āwhat do you want me to do about itā I tell her that I want a refund and because of her attitude I would not trust eating food from there at this point. The employee then told me not to call back up there saying that they would do something to the food.
