HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE! I pulled up to the drive thru and tried to order a decaf iced coffee and was told they were out. Then I was told that it was brewing and that it would take 10 mins (which I later found from another Dunkin location it only takes 4 mins). I told them I would just go to another Dunkin without realizing there was a number of cars in front of me. I ended up having to wait 5-7 mins because I was stuck in the drive thru so I figured I might as well just order when I get up to the window. I did not think this would be a problem or a big deal. I got up to the window and tried to order. The girl working was incredibly rude and told me I needed to go back through the drive thru because they had a line. Good customer service would be just making the coffee. I don’t know if this is a “rule” they have. But it wasn’t like I drove straight to the window. They were out of something and I got stuck in their drive thru. She attempted to get her manager and again was very rude. The manager never came over. She “left”. Then a guy who worked there came over and basically told me the same thing. I said to him twice “ok, I’m leaving”. He slammed the window shut in my face. I have never in my life experienced such awful customer service. My 3 kids were in the car and I had to explain to them that this kind of behavior isn’t acceptable. I can assure you I was not rude. I was calm, although absolutely questioned why I would have to go through their drive thru again. I have never liked the customer service at this location and have no idea who does the hiring, but these people should not be working...

Absolutely terrible experience I just had. Went and got a large cappuccino, opened the lid to make sure it was full because I've gotten them not full before. It was to the brim. Looked a little foamy but figured it was a small layer on top because overall it is a cappuccino. Go home, open it up and it's literally right below a half a cup. I paid for a large and barely got a small. This place was good, I like the older man and a few of the ladies there are super sweet. I go there 5 out of 7 days of the week. It's down the road from my house.there was a younger looking kid, he was the cashier not sure if he made the drink but he was a new face and there was a girl in there, new face as well. Nobody smiled, supposedly the computer went down while taking my order also and had to repeat all of it when he wasnt paying attention in the first place. Wow.
