Halfway House Tavern — Restaurant in Town of Coeymans

My girlfriend and I stopped here for a quick bite as we left lake George. We could not have had a better experience. We were only here for 30 minutes, but what seemed to be a regular group of guys were welcoming and so friendly. Our bartender Angela was terrific. We got a bunch of appetizers for the trip back to Jersey topped with a couple of drinks. When Angela said the price of everything my draw dropped it was that cheap. I couldn’t believe it. Not only is the food, service and atmosphere absolutely amazing, but to be that well priced is rare to find. Can’t wait...

Nice clean bar . clean restrooms.staff working hard to mand sure everything is wiped down and clean..clean tables also wiped and clean between customers.. well taken care of with friendly atmosphere .very strict about closing time (which is a good thing with the covid-19) open from 11 am to 10 pm with a last call at 8:45 , giving a fair amount of time to make sure everyone is out by 10 pm . good service and making sure anyone and everyone has a safe ride ..nice little home town tavern .I give it a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (I approve this review Luke ! ) No pictures...

My wife and I and our friends stopped at the Half Way House Tavern for a bite to eat. What a great friendly pub. The owners name is "Moose" and he is a 5th generation owner. Friendly vibe from Moose and the young lady, I am sorry I don't remember her name. She was pretty and helped make our dinner such a wonderful experience.
