Here nestled on a well used byway, (WI Hwy 50 west of Lake Geneva) that will need major overhaul shortly, is a slice of perfection when it comes to calzones. They are of the correct size, which means huge, and not something resembling a pita pocket. You can get them baked, ("OMG goodness!" As an old Valley Gurl might shout) or deep fried. I opted for baked because of health considerations, but the manager assured me that the deep fried was not wet with oil, but wholesome and totally consumable. The smells are exactly as they should be if you were in a basement ristorante in the Loop and the pizzas for sale by the slice looked perfectly snarfable.
