GREAT service!! GREAT food! GREAT prices! I am very impressed with this pizzeria! They provide excellent customer service! I didn't realize they marinate their grilled chicken for salads, in Italian dressing, so when I realized it, and requested plain chicken, they quickly made me another and it was perfect! They didn't just swap the chicken out. Recently, they added gluten-free pizza to the menu and can make it with whatever toppings you like! It was so delicious! The owner/chef is also knowledgeable of dietary needs and restrictions, so it felt great having him tell me how the pizza is cooked, bringing it to my attention, rather than for me having to "ask". I'm only gluten intolerant, not celiac or allergic, but it was nice that he brought it to my attention, and recognized those differences. (I always recommend asking, though, just to be sure) I will definitely be returning here! I also heard there are some other gluten-free options coming soon! Super...

I wrote a big long-winded review, but for some reason it disappeared. Long story short, the place was great when it opened. It’s not even close anymore. The food was way too expensive for the quality of the ingredients. The service wasn’t great either. They tried to send us out with half our order. I paid $90 to feed my family of five and I could’ve easily spent 20 at the gas station and gotten the same food. I don’t know what happened to the place that was here when they first opened but it’s not even close to that anymore. This is the first time I’ve gotten food here in well over a year and I can say with certainty. I won’t be dining here again...

Just paid $20 for a plate of penne ala vodka sauce. The vodka sauce was practically non-existent and what was there was watery. That left the pasta tasteless. The chicken in the dish was dry. On top of all that was wrong with this order, there was too much black pepper added to top it off. People can add their own condiments. Pepper should not be added as some people are allergic to it, as I am. We order from Francesca's all the time. This was a big disappointment....
