McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Delhi

Went through drive through and bought my 14 year old a 10 piece chicken nugget value meal. Asked to purchase a toy for my 4 year old daughter and was told by the drive through operator that he can’t just give me a toy. I responded, I did not ask you to give it to me I asked to purchase it for my daughter she is 4. He said he was just told they can not just sell me the toy! They denied a paying customer a toy for her young baby but took my money for the value meal! I am super upset. I’ve been a customer since I was a child. I have a 30 year old son that I always bought toys for! I have never met such poor customer service and such inconsiderate people. Needless to say my baby was super sad she couldn’t get her toy! It breaks my heart that this is what McDonald’s has become! I have alway brought my children to play in their indoor playgrounds and have supported every McDonald’s financially through years of being a faithful customer! My baby should have never been denied a toy that I was gonna pay for! EVER! Not a good experience at ALL! Shame on you McDonald’s for denying a baby a toy because you wanted to force the parent to purchase a happy meal. Not taking into consideration that I already purchased...

I came in for a quiet lunch, which wasn’t hard to achieve since I was the only customer in the dining room. No rush, no lines—just me, my hunger, and a self-service kiosk that, for some reason, insisted I provide a table number. Fine, I thought. I picked 101, the table literally right in front of the counter. Seemed logical.

But logic has no place here.

A few minutes later, the employees emerged, parading my tray of food around the empty restaurant like they were playing a real-life game of Where’s Waldo, until one of them finally came to my table and snapped:

“Miss, you’re wasting our time.”

Oh, am I? Am I the problem here? Because if I recall correctly, I’ve been sitting here—completely visible—since before my food even existed. Only at McDonald’s could a game of Where’s Waldo: Solo Edition break out with one person in the building.

Our fries were not fresh food was just thrown together and they were so busy that when I went to pay for my order I had to wait for someone to come to the front for 20 minutes and they person that waited on me didn't seem very friendly I said please and thank you did not get your welcome have a nice day or anything like that back I only went to this McDonald's because my kids were hungry and hadn't had lunch yet and we had an hour drive before we got to the...
