I ordered a Chai Coolata and it didn't have enough chai. I used to be a barista, so I know my drinks.
They're busy and way understaffed on the busiest day of the week. People were overall blasé.
The customers were waiting for a while for their orders. Meanwhile, they were just starting to get restless and stare each other down.
The gent who waited on me was excellent and deserves a raise!! He had a register question about how to properly process my drink. The other employees were flippant and seemed to make him over apologizing for being new. Someone more experienced should have been coaching him.
I can say the headlights were good.
The worst was the women's room had no toilet paper or paper towels at all I should state the hand dryer. Still...
There should have been extra rolls in the bathroom and even better than that is the staff should have been constantly checking in. Only God knows when it happened and how frequently they checked it and rectified it.
I reminded him that he needed to serve me and take care of the situation. He looked overwhelmed and under supported.
I was there for a while, but everyone else shuffled the bathroom and made it gender neutral; it shouldn't have been that way.
That was personally embarrassing and I had to drive to Syracuse very carefully...
This franchisee needs help. The best part of my experience was headlight and then I did a Craigslist pick up in the parking lot; my only reason for being there.

Read moreUpdate: Apparently the good experience I had wasn't the usual. Been in several times since & consistently terrible service. It has taken a minimum of 5-10 minutes to even be acknowledged, much less hey my order taken. The entire focus is on the drivethru and they will take order after order while you stand there and wait. After several times of this, 10 minutes of being ignored, & a super rude employee; I finally had enough. Asked for a store manager name and was refused, employee walked away in the middle of taking my order, I had to make a scene to get them to complete my order, & they never came back to the register to press what they needed, so the payment didn't even go through. Which is good because I wasn't drinking the drink that the employee stepped into the backroom with & I'm 100% sure they did something to. Definitely reporting.
Original review: I came through at the last minute and the were still really nice and made me a grilled cheese 5 minutes before close when most would've told me no way. They made my night! And then was asked if I wanted a plain macchiato, when I had said caramel the first 3 times. I could hear them talking at the window asking if it was plain and I said loud enough for them to hear 'it's caramel, and you could ask me because I'm at the window.' And of course when I got it and tried it, it was just plain. And a large. So over $6 wasted. I also never got my receipt. Wasn't asked if i wanted it. The kid at the window was extremely rude. I even made a point to tell him I hoped he had a better day. The drive through wasn't that busy and the parking lot had maybe a handful of cars.
