The owners always are polite, attentive, willing to do their best to make your particular requests happen, and they are patient, kind, and never act like there's something they can't handle. It can get busy, the machines can make a lot of noise, and they deal with all of it with such grace. They are wonderful, and the menu is great. I absolutely love that they have vegan options, since I'm chronically ill and can't eat a lot of dairy anymore. The boba tea and the Asian snacks are a fantastic addition. My only issue is that the parking situation could be better - but I'm also aware that might be out of their control, so I just roll with it. This place is amazing, my whole family loves it. There’s something for everyone, from boba tea to ice cream to milkshakes and even fun new snacks (did you know Lays makes chicken wing chips?!). I love that my kids now have favorite mochi flavors. They renovated their space and now there are tables to hang out, study, or play games. My kids just love dancing around in there. Went there for the first time tonight to get a gift card and then decided to get two large Bubble teas, one Strawberry popping bubbles and a Taro matcha milk tea with passion fruit popping bubbles (by the way, my husband loves it.) Zoe was super nice and got my teas to me very quickly. If I have the time, I will definitely be coming back often.
