McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Dryden

Pulled into drive thru mind you no one in front of me. It was 8:02 pm. I did have a rather large order, but nothing strenuous. When I pulled up the lady said can you please give me a minute we are a little short staffed. Of course I said not a problem, I four kids, and my fiance who like to take their time deciding what they want. Of course myself as well. It was almost 9 minutes before I heard anything back. Two other cars got tired of waiting and drove off. We really couldn't however because we were on our way to enjoy a little bit of go-kart racing at Ringwood. So we proceeded to order and I don't normally rant but this outing was for my 13 yr old sons birthday and the track closes at 9. We paid at the window and waited again.... So now it's like 20 after eight and still no food.... I understand being short staffed but if it takes 30 minutes to prepare food for a family when the longest time to cook is my chicken sandwich at 6 minutes there is something wrong!!!!!!! This place has really gotta learn how to pick up the pace a little bit.... It is fast food right???????? Ok thank God for Ringwood Raceway for brightening up the night after that!!!! O and I always check to make sure the order is right and they didn't even do that right I bought meals for everyone and only got two orders of fries so we were short 4 orders!!! Really guys if I didn't my job like that I probably wouldn't have one!!!!! Ok I'm done with my rant I just won't ever go there again!!!! Damn I didn't want to even give...

Food was ok at best burgers not seasoned. Forgot my drinks until I brought it up. Not the first time they have either forgot drinks or sauces over the last few months. Not only that but the person that handed me the drinks I request from him seemed like it was a chore instead of customer service. My kids apple slices were out of date and smelled horrible. That is only the tip of the iceberg. The lack of urgency when ticket times were hitting 25-30 mins when it was not a horrible rush is insane. They were bumping numbers off the lobby screen so multiple of us were like alright our food is coming. 20 minutes or more later we got our food. Unheard of in the food industry. I was a chef for long enough to know ticket times mean the world to the customer. Speed, efficiency and leadership on the line is absent from this McDonalds. 5 star restaurants are understood you are waiting for excellence. Mcdonalds is fast food and ticket times 5-10 minutes at longest are expected. Mind you large orders outside of 3-4 people will take longer. To not have fries down or nuggets to contend with orders on screen is wild. Will i recommend this specific McDonalds? No. Go to subway just a block away. Bet you get 3-4 subs in less time than this McDonalds for a double quarter, happy meal 4 piece, and a 20 piece. Get better management who can get these kids to understand ticket times or shut this place down. If I could give a...

This place is a joke. I pulled up to the drive-thru lane and an orange suv was pulling up to the window. On the left side were two cars and I pulled up to the right. This is where i sat for over 20 minutes. I stayed this long because I ordered online through the app and knew it might be hard to get a refund. But my time had run out. I left the line to pick my daughter up at the high school. The orange suv was still sitting at the window. I returned to the drive-thru after getting her. By now, there was many cars in the lines and they were not moving. I pulled around the group after deciding to give up on the order and went to Subway. You can imagine to my surprise......that same orange suv was sitting at the window. How does this happen? Well, I called the store trying to cancel the order. I had to call back several times before someone answered. There was a guy with saying they were making a $150 order and that it would be a very long wait. Who orders that much from a gas station McDonald's? I hate this McDonald's and do not recommend 1/10. Take the extra few minutes and go to cortland. I know I will. And please. Don't order $150 worth of food from a gas station...
