Very hit or miss — don’t expect much and you won’t be disappointed. Except sometimes that means don’t expect coffee, as they’ll refuse to brew it if they feel it won’t be used; don’t expect certain types of donuts, as sometimes they’ll just have a tray of 14 old fashioned sitting on the counter and shrug when you ask if they have more; don’t expect speedy service after 10am, as they seem generally uninterested. But when they’re good, they’re good! And some of the people that work there are as kind as the ones who are disinterested are checked out. Always an adventure and a mystery — will you be disappointed?! Nobody knows. 🤣
ETA: since I posted this, it’s gone downhill. Please do not go here looking for donuts. They don’t have any. On the rare occasion they do, they’re very stale. Not sure what is happening at this location but I’d stick to...

A joke from start to finish, just like the rest of the Dunkin in Rochester. Ordered 3 chocolate glazed donuts, a blueberry muffin, a sausage, egg, and chz croissant , a large iced coffee, 1 and 1, pretty basic right?. The girl on speaker had to have repeated the order 6 times, we finally get a total, pull ahead to the window, i attempt to pay, the young man was interested in something, but definitely not cashing us out and making sure we had our order.. I SHOULD have checked my stuff , i take full responsibility for not looking. I get home and we have none of our hot items. I drive back to Dunkin, thankfully its less than a mile from my home. This location has really improved over the past year. People are very friendly, the in-stock is so much better than a year ago. I use the Dunkin Donuts mobile app almost daily and a year ago everyday there was something missing from my order. It's rare now to have to alter my order.
They currently are a test store for a breakfast empanada. In my opinion this is the best product that Dunkin Donuts has put out in a very long time. Easy to eat on the go, unlike the Taco.
