This was an order placed through Door Dash, it was EXTREMELY quick and I give both parties credit. It arrived hot and fast... but that's where the compliments end. My partner had Moo Goo Gai Pan. It tasted old. Hot, but old. It had a gluey, slimy consistency. Flavor was ok but the texture was substandard. I ordered the General Tso's Chicken. If you are a big fan of this dish (like me) and have not ordered it here before, I will tell you: it is NOT General Tso's Chicken. The sauce, which typically has a salty-slightly spicy-sweet soy sauce and garlic flavor tasted like a cross between a curry sauce and a cheap barbecue sauce. I did not totally hate it but I did not love it. At all. Edible, but this is not the correct preparation and recipe most Asian restaurants use. I absolutely do NOT recommend this dish. It's just flat out incorrect in its execution. Pork fried rice was bland. Crab Rangoon were pretty small and chintzy for the price point. The egg rolls were not bad, they met standard. I wouldn't order from here a second time.

First time last time. Sorry, not a great experience dining here. They offer either egg drop, or wonton soup with the entre, I always having the hot and sour soup exclusively I asked for an extra charge even to include my preference. No, with a lame excuse was the answer. So I had the wonton soup. I now know why I love the hot and sour soup.. My General Tso's chicken was not hot temperature. Then they didn't give a knife to cut the chicken with. He was doing double duty as a bartender and we sat in the dining room. I never saw him until the end to ask for a knife and to comment on the food. Too many other restaurants to go back to this one.

First off I would like to say that I appreciate the love and respect Ken has for military veterans. That is why as an out of towner I felt like I was in a safe place among people where I was the only Black person there on both nights where I visited. The chicken and broccoli was amazing and the fried rice along with chicken wings were truly New York style. Ken truly is a nice guy and I appreciate him shattering the myth of Asians not being hospitable to Black patrons in upscale restaurant environments. Whenever I come to visit my family in Albany in the future, I will make time to come by here again.

Their food made me sick.

I was still making trips to the restroom a day later.

I ordered Shrimp Egg Foo Young and it arrived via UberEats with some kind of mystery red sauce that tasted like stale ketchup. Not the traditional mushroom gravy that is generally served with Egg Foo Young.

So basically they don't know how to make Egg Foo Young. Like, at all!

Frankly, the mystery dish that they sent was inedible. I had to appeal to UberEats to issue me a refund - which they quickly did after viewing the photos that I sent them (see attached) along with an apology.

A whole day afterwards, I was still making restroom trips - my entire intestinal tract was just purging itself out of some kind of the most dramatic display of anger and discomfort.

A whole day later. I paid...

It's OK, treat it like a fast food place that is a lot more expensive. Clearly the majority of the menu is frozen bulk purchased items. It's a panoply of Asiatic foods, punctuated with great sushi. So this is less an Asian restaurant, and more a sushi place with a ton of fryer foods in the freezer. Quality is as expected on regular food items, the freshly made items were generally good, though my salad both times was a but wilted and the dressing too much carrot and not enough ginger and seasoning.

Overall a fair lunch experience, there's a lot worse to be had. And frozen premade or not, the fryer items they stock are good quality compared to...
